Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams for their performances in their championship race. Both the boys and girls took second place in the races earning SILVER medals. Further congratulations to Brian Rochford for winning the Varsity Boys race, Tyler Brown for winning the JV Boys race and Victoria Clark for winning the JV Girls race.
Congratulations to the
Boys Cross Country Track team for winning the Bergen County Group D
Championship race. Specific mention must be made to Pat and Brian Rochford who finished in 2nd and 3rd place with
the 3rd and 4th fastest times in school
history. Andrew Schilling finished 6th and along with the
Rochford’s received a TOP 10 medal. The performance of the rest of
the team caused the team to earn enough points to establish a 21-point
victory over second place Saddle Brook. Emilio Vasquez placed 10th
in the Freshman race earning a medal. The Girls Cross Country team
finished in 3rd place missing second by only (1) point.
Siobhan O’Brien placed 3rd in the County receiving her TOP
10 medal. Nikki Smith finished 14th in the Girls race
with a personal best time! |

| Congratulations to Pat and Brian Rochford on finishing 8th and 10th in the Bergen County Meet of Champions on October 27th at Darlington Park. This is the first time in school history that two Bogota boys finished in the Top 10. Pat and Brian also beat 4 of Don Bosco's nationally ranked runners. It was truly an amazing accomplishment for two outstanding student athletes. | ||
