Sample Activities:

 

·       The local landfills are full. Propose a solution which encompasses local government, local citizens and local business

 

·       Students investigate various aspects of running a company.  Suggested areas to include are:

    ·       The governing body of the company; 

    ·       How benefits are established for employees;

    ·       Policies and absenteeism, sick leave, drug and alcohol policies, maternity/family leave, etc.;

    ·       Harassment and equality in the workplace;

    ·       Sales report; and

    ·       Company yearly and report/stakeholder report.
